Windows 7: using offline files

My question is---WHERE does it save that copy? In what folder? Can I set the folder I want the copy to be in and HOW do I do it?

It's located in the C:\Windows\CSC folder

To change it, do the following:

Open "OFFLINE FILES" (In Win8 you hit START and just type Offline files, should be the same in Win7)
Click "Disable offline files"
Run regedit.
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\CSC
Right-click CSC, New -> Key, and name it as Parameters.
Right-click Parameters, New -> String Value, name it as CacheLocation.
Right-click CacheLocation, then Modify.
In the Value data box, type the name of the new folder (make sure you created it) you want to create the cache, like this: \??\drive:\folder
Where it’s Windows NT format for folder path name, with drive for drive letter and folder as folder name. For example: \??\D:\csc
Restart the computer.
Open again OFFLINE FILES.
Click on Enable Offline Files.
Restart the computer.
All new offline folders will be cached and saved to that new location.
