Occidental (or more precisely: Aryan)
Occidental is not synonymous with Aryan. Indeed, in the literature I see Aryan more used for Iranians and Indians.
I suppose you could continue to use it for Europeans, but they seem to have used it to allow themselves a contrast between both Indo branches.
This aforementioned Sino-meritocracy is more meritorious (within your own meta-politics) and more closely approximates your desired Euro-meritocracy than Indo-political (Aryan derived) anti-meritocracy.
The Indo-Aryans essentially imposed themselves upon an irrigationist society, which led to the caste system, contrasted with the more non-irrigationist, broad European landscape, where they also heavily intermixed and there were many more of them.
So, it's not quite an ideal analysis to compare Hindus with the Sino. I still probably prefer Hindu culture to the Sino's, but that statement would require much greater study.
These aforenoted incommodious factualities negate your axiomatical identification of Oriental political structures with hyper-hierarchical anti-meritocracies
Well, it's not just the political structure, but also the militancy of the culture.
and your correlational axiomatical identification of Aryan political structures with anti-hierarchical (opposing political verticality) meritocracies
Well, I never said Hindu culture was highly meritocratic.
The Hindu strategy seems to be one of insulation against a conquered indigenous group, and again, not nearly as many Indo-Aryans/Europeans went into India. The vast majority went into Europe.
How do you reconcile Sino-meritocracy and anti-meritocratic Indo-politics with your politico-cultural thesis of Aryan exceptionalism?
The Sino culture is one of managerialism, cyclism, and effeminate eunuchs. I probably would still prefer a militant Hindu culture to the Sino's, but of course both exist far below my evaluation of aristocratic Indo-Europeans.
