To be fair, what do you want, comment threads full of people praying for her and wishing her to get well? Other than that, there's literally nothing else to comment about, especially when her well-being isn't incredibly important to many here. There's millions of people in her position, but they aren't famous, so we should care about her issues more? I mean come on, they're jokes. Anybody genuinely wishing for something bad to happen have been getting downvoted pretty heavily. It's either jokes or "I'll pray for you!!1! <3", there's literally nothing else to be said unless there's a large majority of people who personally knew her.
