The vast majority of concealed carriers will concede that it's an extremely unlikely event that they would need to use that firearm. I don't know about you, but every time I go for a drive I clip on my seat belt. I'm not planning on wrapping my car around a tree and I don't think it's likely that I will get into a collision, but it's a safety precaution that I take nonetheless. Even if I only get into one life threatening accident in my life, it will have made all of the thousands of times I clipped that seat belt on worth it if it saves my life once. I treat my firearm the same way. Does that put it into perspective for you?
