HAHAHAHAAHHA! My anecdotes, throw stones, glass houses... Maybe my white privilege prevents me from seeing it, but EVERY TIME I see someone yelling that something is racist or protesting cops and preventing them from doing their job, I think 'man, if they would comply things would be much smoother for them.' Maybe they would not get off without any repercussions but I would expect the same for me. If I am speeding, and I am stopped for speeding, I do not yell 'You stopped me because I am white! You are racist!' and then proceed to not cooperate. What do I do? I shut off my car, I put my keys on the roof, and I keep my hands where they are visible. If I get a ticket for speeding, and I was speeding, I fucking take it and pay it. If I was not speeding, I still take the ticket and maybe contest it in court. To make a blanket statement that blacks call the cops for help and are then gunned down in their front yard... come on. Show me when and where this happened, and I will show you the reason why this happened - maybe a female called because of a drunk and abusive husband and he attacked cops. Or maybe they came for a neighbor dispute and the guy that called is holding a gun and does not comply, or points it in the direction of the cops... Comply, and you will not be shot. heck, you might even be treated fairly but that is not what you are after - you would prefer to act up and incite an office to take action, just so that you can say 'See! These cops are all racist!' Man, that was a bit of a tangent...

What case's would you offer up that is empirical evidence for your argument? Treyvon Martin? Is Mike Brown not the genesis of the movement? Hands up don't shoot?

That is what racism is. That discrepancy in how black people are being unjustifiably killed on the street and their killers are most usually not even seeing a trial, is prompting them to ask that their lives matter, too.

No, I do not take it as an attack on me. You have the liberty to think and feel whatever you want. My argument is that the 'black lives matter' language and movement is the wrong message. All lives matter. Everyone gets a fair shake at life. They have the personal responsibility and opportunity to excel in whatever way they want. You are responsible for your own actions, just as I am, just as Treyvon or Mike or anyone else were.
