Those help you learn to aim, but they do absolutely nothing to make you better at the game otherwise...they probably teach you bad habits more than anything, tbh.

It's obvious that you care about your rank and if you are global you have probably tryharded a lot to get there. Play the game to get better, not to win? You are talking about fucking matchmaking, get real kid. Play games for fun not to get some rank. When and if you get better you will get your ranks too.

Though if you really want to get better you should probably find a team and go play leagues and cups, but you should still do that ONLY if you think the main point is to have fun playing. If you don't find CS fun and you only play because you want to get better, I suggest you to find a new hobby :)
