Anthony James Salgado

Salgado was appointed to the role of President by UniCarriers Corporation board of directors October, 2013. In April, 2014, Salgado was also named as a VP and Corporate Officer of UniCarriers Corporation, UCA’s parent company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. He has been with UCA since 2001, serving in progressive leadership roles responsible for quality, manufacturing and aftermarket operations. His most recent role as vice president, manufacturing operations began in 2008.

Prior to joining UCA, Salgado held the positions of Six Sigma Master Black Belt at GE Capital, and Quality Manager at GE Appliances. He also served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, completing a tour as Surface Warfare Officer aboard the USS Fort McHenry, and another as the Executive Officer of the US Navy Ceremonial Guard in Washington, DC.

Salgado received his Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering, from the United States Naval Academy. He and his wife Mandy have three children: Marianna, Athan, and Mia.


Tom Prusinski

Vice President, Finance & IT

CFO and Vice President, Finance and IT for UniCarriers Americas, Tom Prusinski joined the company in 2009. In this role, Prusinski has responsibility for leading all finance and IT efforts, with a focus on profit, cash flow management and long-term strategy. As a member of the executive leadership team, he plays a key strategic role in the overall management of the company.

Bringing more than 25 years of experience to UniCarriers Americas, Prusinski held the positions of Global Controller at SPX Hydraulic Technologies; Corporate Finance Director at SIRVA, a Clayton, Dubilier & Rice Portfolio Company; Controller at Textron Fastening Systems; Finance and Treasury Director at Monsanto; Corporate Finance Director at Duplex Products; and Accounting Manager at Babcock & Wilcox.

Prusinski holds a master’s degree and a bachelor degree in science from Northern Illinois University.


James J. Radous III

Executive Vice President, Sales - Americas

Appointed Executive Vice President of Sales, Americas, by the UniCarriers Americas board of directors in October 2013, James J. Radous III has been with UniCarriers Americas since 2009 where he served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Radous has played a critical role in the growth of UniCarriers Americas through the increasing of sales and profitability.

Prior to joining UniCarriers Americas, Radous gained global marketing and sales managerial experience from several positions including Vice President, Sales at Knaack LLC, a division of Emerson; Vice President of Global Marketing at Klein Tools; Director, Sales And Marketing at Wen Products; and Sales And Marketing Manager at The Chamberlain Group.

Radous has a B.A. degree in Communications from Northern Illinois University and his MBA in Marketing from Roosevelt University. He and his wife Donna have two grown children, Kyle and Austin.


Steve Cianci

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Promoted to Vice President, Sales and Marketing in October 2013, Steve Cianci has been with UniCarriers Americas since 2007, serving as Director of Parts and Director of Marketing & Product Management before assuming his current position. Cianci played a key leadership role in the brand transition from Nissan Forklift and TCM to UniCarriers Americas and the development of several new products.

Prior to joining UniCarriers Americas, Cianci spent 10 years with Zebra Technologies in increasing capacities, the latest as Director, Aftermarket Sales and Marketing. He also held the positions of Product Manager at Interlake Material Handling, Global Marketing Manager at Grayhill, Inc., and Product Marketing Manager at C&K Components.

Cianci received his Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from Bentley University and his M.B.A with honors from Roosevelt University. He and his wife Susan have two children, Taylor and Nicholas.


Dan Domberg

Vice President, Aftermarket Customer Satisfaction

Appointed Vice President of Aftermarket Customer Satisfaction by the UniCarriers Americas board of directors in October 2013, Dan Domberg has been with UniCarriers Americas since 2006 with progressively increasing responsibilities, and previously served as Director Of Customer Quality and Satisfaction. Domberg is focused on establishing cohesive and reliable customer service processes and his responsibilities include parts sales, technical support, training, fleet service management, inside sales, customer quality, warranty and overall customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining UniCarriers Americas, Domberg spent 13 years working in the aerospace industry, most recently serving as General Manager of Customer Service for a multibillion-dollar company.

Domberg received his Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Northern Illinois University and his Masters of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University. He's been married to his wife Julie since 1996 and has 3 children, Zachary, Lucas and Sophia. He is also a Six-Sigma black belt in continuous improvement.


Shunichi Hasegawa

Vice President, Product Engineering

Shunichi Hasegawa joined UniCarriers Americas Corporation as Vice President of Product Engineering, with responsibility for all product engineering. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience to this new role.

Prior to joining UniCarriers Americas, Hasegawa was Manager of Vehicle Development at Nissan Forklift Corporation, where he also served in management roles in quality and product planning and product engineering.

Hasegawa earned his bachelor's degree in engineering from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology.






Dale Mark

Vice President, Manufacturing Operations

Appointed Vice President of Manufacturing Operations by the UniCarriers Americas board of directors in October 2013, Dale Mark has been with UniCarriers Americas since 2005 where he started as Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager and was quickly promoted to Director, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Assurance. He led the implementation of manufacturing initiatives to establish the Marengo facility as a benchmark for safety, quality and cost performance.

Prior to joining UniCarriers Americas, Mark served as Plant Manager at Thatcher Tubes, Senior Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Hendrickson Suspension Systems, and Fabrication Operations Manager at Harley-Davidson.

Mark earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering technology from Penn State University and his master’s degree in business administration from DePaul University.


Ben Schulte

General Counsel

Ben Schulte is General Counsel for UniCarriers Americas Corporation. He is responsible for all corporate governance and compliance functions, for providing legal review in support of all company departments, and for supervising outside counsel and corporate risk management.

Schulte brings more than 20 years of experience to the executive team. Prior to joining UniCarriers Americas in 2014, he held the positions of Manager of Distribution Development at GVW Group, Senior Attorney at Navistar, and General Counsel at Mitsubishi Fuso Trucks of America.

Schulte earned his bachelor's degree from Bucknell University, his juris doctorate degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his master's degree from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University.


Carole Schwartz

CPA, Corporate Controller

As Corporate Controller, Carole Schwartz is responsible for all aspects of UniCarriers Americas' accounting including general accounting, financial reporting, cash management, cost accounting, budgeting, tax and risk management, as well as accounting and consolidation for UCA factory stores.

Schwartz joined UniCarriers Americas in 1998, when she was hired as a financial analyst. She was promoted through the years to various positions including Supervisor, Manager and Senior Manager, until her current position of Controller 10 years ago. Prior to joining the company, she worked in the fiduciary and corporate tax groups for First Chicago.

Schwartz obtained her bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her graduate degree from Northern Illinois University. She is a certified public accountant (CPA).
