That might seem like a lot, but it is comparable to the contemporary divide between men and women in conservative / liberal politics; Sanders has a larger divide between male and women voters favoring women, and Clinton has a similar divide between voters favoring women, and the Obama Approval Rating shows a similar divide favoring women. If you want to talk about "laughable", you should bring up the fact that Sanders repeats the gender gap lie shamelessly on twitter; you know, the one that as been thoroughly debunked for the past half a decade.

Jimmy Carter banned every Iranian from coming in during the Iran Hostage Crisis. That was at a time when Islamic terrorism posed a smaller danger to the West then it does today.
