It isn't going to get anywhere.

This turd keeps trying to get it to happen, but last time it failed because another member was able to get anti-discrimination language added to the bill. Of course with anti-discrimination language the bill was suddenly dead... hmm, wonder why!

Why would any gay couple want to go into an establishment that is openly hostile to them? Why give them any money?

Sounds good to me. If people are forced to serve those who practice the homosexual lifestyle, then they should be forced to serve people who practice other lifestyles, such as racists, homophobes, Nazis, etc. And the same should apply to employment. If you can't fire someone for going to those week long homosexual HIV meth orgy parties, then you shouldn't be able to fire someone for being insulting, racist, going to a Nazi rally, or anything else.

I don't see the problem with this. Think about it. If someone wants to refuse you service because you're gay and they're forced to, are they really going to be providing good service to begin with? It's like when you're a cop and you walk into a fast food place, then when you make your order you hear the people making the food in the back talking about how it's for a cop. That's when you turn right around and find somewhere else to eat.

This is the sort of thing that capitalism is meant to solve. The places that refuse to serve homosexual couples lose business (and money) while places that will serve them will gain their business (and money). It's sort of a self-correcting problem.

It should read "Bill lets businesses refuse to service gay weddings." It does not allow them to entirely refuse service to gay couples.
