View & edit your Google+ profile

You can choose what sections you share on your profile, including the "Basic Information" section of your profile, your profile tabs, and your community memberships. Learn how to choose how you share information on your Google+ profile.

You can see how your profile looks to other people, which may be helpful if you choose to hide parts of your profile. Using the "View profile as" drop-down, you can make sure other people only see the information you want to share with them.

Computer

1. Open Google+.
2. In the top left corner, click the drop-down menu , then click Profile.
3. In the upper left corner, use the "View profile as" drop-down. You can select "Yourself" or "Public." You can also type the name of someone in your circles.

Android app / iPhone/iPad app /Mobile browser

You can't view your profile as someone else on mobile just yet. Please use a computer to view your profile as someone else.

If you don't want to use Google+ anymore, you can delete your profile at any time. You'll still be able to use other Google products like Gmail and Google Search.

Tip: If you'd like to change where your email notifications are sent, you can edit your notification settings.

Android app

1. Open the Google+ app .
2. At the top of the screen, touch your picture.
3. Touch About.
4. On the "Contact Information" box, touch the pencil icon .
5. Touch Add new contact info, or touch your existing info to make changes.
6. In the upper right corner, touch Save.

To delete your information, follow the first three steps, then touch the X in the right corner.

Computer

1. Open Google+.
2. In the upper left corner, click the drop-down menu .
3. Click Profile.
4. Under your cover photo, click the About tab.
5. In the corner of the "Contact Information" box, click Edit.
6. Enter or change your contact information.
7. In the bottom right corner, click Save.

To delete your information, follow the first four steps, then click the X on the right.

Mobile browser

1. Open Google+.
2. Near the top right corner, touch your photo.
3. Touch the About tab.
4. Scroll to the "Contact Information" box, then touch the pencil icon .
5. Enter or change your contact information.
6. In the lower left corner, touch Save.

To delete your information, follow the first four steps, then touch the X to the right.

iPhone/iPad app

1. Open the Google+ app .
2. In the upper left corner, touch the menu icon .
3. Touch your name, then touch About.
4. On the "Contact Information" box, touch the pencil icon .
5. Touch Add Contact Info, or touch your existing info to make changes.
6. In the upper right corner, touch Save.

To delete your information, follow the first three steps, then touch the X on the right.
