He would legitimately crown himself as America's version Vladimir Putin.

Hm, that would be an interesting position for him. Trump has made very clear he is unhappy with the US spending so much money defending "rich countries"(Saudi Arabia, Germany, South Korea, Japan). Its very possible in the general election he could campaign on stabilizing Mexico as a way to fight illegal immigration and fight something close to home.
