授乳中の母親の食事制限は必要？
授乳中の母親はよく食事制限が必要と言われるが、
実際はそんな事はないという。

哺乳動物が授乳をするのは普通の事。
授乳中にお酒は飲んで大丈夫？
授乳中の飲酒に関しては、
多少制限があり、
ビール1缶、ワインならグラス1～2杯を、
週2回までであれば問題はないという。
