Best bleach I have ever used!

I have naturally dark brown/black hair. I have been bleaching and dying my hair red for over twelve years now. I have tried every bleaching product there is. Loreal, Clairol, you name it, I've used it multiple times. With all of the products I tried I had the same results. I had to leave the bleach on for up to 8 hours for it to get light enough. The bleach itself burned and itched from the moment I began to apply it. My hair never got blond no matter how long I left each and every product on. When I rinsed the bleach out my hair felt like straw. And the color was completely uneven. It was patchy. Light in some places and darker in others.

I decided to give this bleach a try and was unbelievably surprised. After not even 30 minutes my hair was light enough to where I could rinse out the bleach. My scalp never itched or burned. For the first time ever my hair did not feel like straw when I rinsed out the bleach. In fact it felt silky and in better condition than before I bleached it. And again for the first time ever my hair turned out being all the same color. There are no dark patches. It's an all over even color which is going to make dying it so much easier.

I cannot recommend this product enough. This is by far the best bleach I have ever used.

No more red

I picked up this product to bleach the bottom half of my hair a light blonde. I had little hope since I had had my hair bleached professionally before but
to no avail, my hair was a measly a lighter red. (My hair is very thick) The results of the manic panic amazed me. Not only did it lighten my hair drastically but also rid it of the red tone. The only thing I have to say is make sure you do a strand test and spread the bleach evenly! It seems obvious, but I was eager. My hair turned out a little whiter in some places because of that but that's my own fault. I'd also like to add that the product is great for it's price.

Does what it says it does. I had dyed jet black hair (originally dark brown) that has been dyed MANY times. This lifted the color perfectly to a snow white, and with proper after care, won't make your hair fall out. Key words: WITH PROPER AFTERCARE. Great product, great price.

Reading the previous reviews, I bought 2 kits just in case even though I was only using it to bleach my roots (ended up using one kit anyway, which was more than enough for it).
I previously had purple hair with some natural roots growing out (dark brown).
The hair man turned my hair a nice blonde, but the roots came out YELLOW.
I was fine with it until more roots grew out, so I had a nice pale blonde, and then an ugly streak of yellow and brown by my scalp. I bought this kit and it was better than I expected. It came with absolutely EVERYTHING I needed, and easy instructions. As I was applying, I already immediately noticed my hair lightening up and not even 15 minutes had passed! Of course, bleach is bleach and it burned until my scalp became numb, but it worked so fast that I didn't have to sit through the pain that long before washing it out. Not only did it vanquish my dark roots in little to no time, it turned the nasty yellow into a softer blonde.

awesome, but little powder?

I have very dark almost black hair, and flash lightning took it to a nice light blonde color in record time! The only problem I have with the kit is that there wasn't enough stuff in it for my whole head, and I had to go out and buy another kit. If you have short hair, it'd be perfect, but I have long hair so I should've seen it coming :3 other than that, NO complaints what so ever!!

This product worked a treat, even on my poor "old lady" hair. I was damned sick of the "old lady" blonde look before ever trying it. If my hair wasn't going to be the red that it was for most of my life, then it was going to be precisely the colour that the red turned when I was 20 years old-pure white. I had spent over a dozen years dyeing it red, having a blast re-creating the colour of my youth. Now my face is just too rumpled and lived-in for the red. And I hate the "old-lady-blonde" look that so may in my age group pursue. What the heck do these people WANT, anyway? They look ridiculous. Lived-in faces deserve more respect than "old-lady-blonde" hair. So pure white it must be, and this product delivers! I gave it a go, then followed up a week later with Amplified Virgin Snow. Now young men in their 20s give me wonderful compliments on my hair. I'm their mothers' age!

The best part is that my hair has not suffered the bleaching. I was warned that this kit was "too harsh". It wasn't. I applied it and left it in for the longer time recommended, and have had no troubles.

I have dark brown/black hair and did a 'test strip' of hair using this product before dying it all. Glad I did! I was looking more for a white/platinum blonde and this ended up as more of a light, pale yellow for me. Perfect though if you plan to go right behind and dye it another color like blue/red/purple etc.
