I will tell you that the Neon Blue was heavily, HEAVILY diluted. (Also, it feels kinda weird checking "white/silver" when this is such a DARK silver, lol)

diluted down about 2:1, conditioner to color. i think ill dilute it less when i re-apply because i didn't get the greatest coverage on my ends. (they were a little darker to start.)
I out some SUPER diluted blue back into my hair. I missed the whole icy look,

So, this is my first try in having crazy hair :) I washed my bangs few times because they were too bright for my liking. I have 50 shades of grey/purple on me right now :D I'll try to make it better next time I dye my hair.
My hair was getting too long for my liking so I cut a lot off. Maybe I'll be able to take a good picture of what the back of my head looks like. It's sort of like a slant cut with longer pieces on the sides of my face.

The toner I made had more purple than blue, but still it came out more grey than white.
Ombré with pravana silver and purple
I made my own toner out of Violet and conditioner, with just a little Lavender as I had some lying around. I was going for an 80s old school goth look, hence all the volume!
