Our local home depot has these, handicapped spots, preggers spots... By the time they end, you are parked in front of Lowes.

Parked on private property. Owners can have tow company watch spot if they really wanted to, kind of like how you have to pay at meter parking or display handicap sign. They just need some sort of sign in front of spot, like "must have veterans plate to park".

I'm no veteran, but I wouldn't think a veteran would even want this distinction. Unless injured while serving and now disabled, in which case the handicap spots we have already would be fine.

The preggo or young child ones drive me nuts and I [33M] park in them.
