This is foolish. Parents know what's best for their children and have the right to make those choices without consequences.

How is it foolish if kids that don't get vaccinated literally pose a threat to other kids?

It's a good law. If you don't want to vaccinate your kids then you shouldn't even get kids in the first place.

Wow. Just because I received a kid, I suddenly have the full knowledge of my sisters medicine studies? Cool, where can I get my Dr. title by showing my kids birth certificate?

This is a severe case of Poe's law.

Looking at /u/executivemonkey's post history, I fear this could actually be serious. Or very, very committed to the joke.

American republicans wouldn't get votes if these nutters weren't real

Parents that choose to deploy biological weapons among children of other parents deserve nothing but scorn and other children and their parents deserve protection from them.

Just because you can procreate doesn't mean you know how to sustain life you have given. You're not a doctor.

I don't agree. Unvaccinated children put others at risk.

/u/executivemonkey is trolling, as usual.

Many Americans share this sentiment. They have a culture of caring little for other people while only focusing on their own little bubble.

Seems to me that Darwin's already got this one well in hand. Only people that are affected by it are the unvaccinated, and people are disadvantaging their own gene propagation, so...<shrug>

[–]Catalonia-Majorca-ProvenceAJaume_2 [スコア非表示]  (2子コメント)

Unfortunately, neither everybody can be vaccinated nor vaccines are 100 % effective.

[–]Mexicomafi11235 [スコア非表示]  (0子コメント)

Yeah, they endanger people by not vaccinating their childs.

[–]Danmarkseverinolfred [スコア非表示]  (1子コメント)

It does not only put the unvaccinated at risk. Vaccinated people can often catch a disease in e.g. a disease's later phases, hence Lithuania is banning unvaccinated kids from kindergartens. Also the unvaccinated will put elderly and infants at risks as well.
