My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. No complaints whatsoever.

Manami and Mana have been so gracious, always ready to provide assistance even in unholy hour. I was expecting a response the following day but I got one in just 5 minutes. The flat is very clean and has a homey feel to it. It is also conveniently located in a residential area near the Kikukawa train station. There are many small restaurants open until 11 PM, 24-hour convenience stores and pharmacy plus a supermarket that closes at 1 AM. We initially got lost looking for the flat but it was worth the search. I will definitely recommend their place to my family and friends.

Dear Manami & Mana, We had thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tokyo, in your lovely and cosy apartment - thanks so much for sharing your apartment with us! Location of the apartment was perfect - plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, convenience stores, drug stores (plenty of options available if you are looking for a venue for supper!) - most importantly: walking distance from Ebisu Station. We were really thankful for the humidifier you had left in the apartment (in this cold & dry winter) - really thoughtful of you! Apartment has everything you need - AC/heating, clean bathroom, warm shower, clean fluffy towels, plenty of hangers, kitchenette etc. We will definitely consider to stay at Manami & Mana's apartment again when we return to visit Tokyo in the future. Thank you Manami & Mana, Happy Holidays! :) There is a really nice ice cream cafe round the corner - we highly recommend: apple sherbet, soy bean powder + brown sugar, matcha :)

Manama and Mana's house is a wonderful place to stay while you are in Tokyo. There are lots of restaurants such as noodle shore, Japanese BBQ and supermarket. It's a pity I can't taste them all... We are two adults and two kids. The room with kitchen is perfectly for us. Highly recommend if you together with family would like to go to Tokyo.

I met my host Mana on the day of arrival. She is very approachable. She provided useful information about the surroundings. The apartment looks exactly the same as the picture. It is clean and compact. It is in a very convenient location with 3 to 4-minute walk to Ebisu station. Amenities within walking distance is abundant. Overall, I had comfortable stay for 6 nights. The apartment is good alternative if one prefers not to stay in hotel and wish to immerse in the daily life of Tokyo city life.

We had such a great time staying in this apartment. It was a close walk to the subway, and there was plenty of good restaurants around. We will definitely be staying here again!

首先房子布置的非常漂亮，小黑板上还写着欢迎语，一进门就能看见，让人感觉非常温馨。还有各种设施都非常齐全，吧台也很大，可以自己煮饭吃。我和朋友两个人住的，感觉房子也蛮宽敞的。交通方面，距离地铁菊川站大概走5分钟就到了，地铁附近还有各种便利店也很便利。总之非常感谢Manami&Mana的招待，我们真的很喜欢，如果下次有机会再来东京，还会选择的！

Minami & Mana's apartment was just the right size for a family of 3. Cute decorations and all the amenities you would need for a visit to Tokyo, including a washing machine. The beds were comfortable and the foldout futon/couch was comfortable enough for a 13 y/o. The bathroom was spacious, water pressure was good, and plenty of hot water. The free pocket wifi was handy and made navigating the city very easy. The location is convenient to the metro, and within 5 min walking distance. There are several convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and an awesome patisserie across the street. We didn't see or hear any other tenants during our stay, so no problems there. You could hear some traffic and people walking on the street below, but that's part of urban living. Check in/out was simple & a guidebook was provided after confirmation with additional information. Overall, very satisfied and we would stay again!

This is a cozy home, not big but enough for two adults. As described, it is very close to the subway station, and there are many small restaurants around.
