No, it's because there are over 300 million people in the US and we're far from homogeneous like these other countries. Average first age of marriage is in the teens for women in some states, intentionally, like Utah, where they start having families very young. What's the teenage pregnancy rate in a state like massachusetts? On par with the rest of europe.

Yeah, America is so heterogeneous, not like 85th place in the world, ranking lower than Spain, Switzerland and Canada in ethnical diversity.
