We finally located Sashiko threads that is up to our standard.
In most of Sashiko works by Sashi.Co, Keiko uses these threads. She is satisfied with the quality.
*The Sashiko Threads on our website (Coron) is DIFFERENT from the Hida Sashiko Atsushi used to sell. There are some similarities, but new threads (Coron) contains 100% Egyptian cotton, and we (my mother and I) believe this Coron thread is as good as Hida threads. 99% of our Jackets are Sashiko-stitched with Coron Threads. New threads have a little bit more of a glossy feeling than Hida threads. The quality is as superior as one made with Hida Sashiko.
