Twas great. Place was as expected and the wifi was really useful. The location is pretty much ideal.

Simple and cosy apartment suitable for 2 guests, there is a small kitchen where you can use the stove and microwave and even make a simple meal. :) Very convenient location, near Takashimaya. Mimi provided clear and easy way to reach the apartment. Highly recommended for travellers as the Shinjuku JR station is nearby. The apartment is located in a quiet but safe town.

The location was very convenient nice and quiet to Shinjuku. The pocket WiFi was very useful whilst getting around the city. Mimi was very prompt with help as the light bulb in the bathroom went out, it was fixed within hours of notifying her. We really enjoy staying in Tokyo and would stay here again and would recommend for others.

Great location for shinjuku transport hub and two stops from shibuya. Flat was a decent size and after some teething problems in on the first day the mobile wifi was a godsend out and about in Tokyo. Good quick communication and was able to resolve a problem with cleaning quickly.

Location was quite deserted for a start. But once you are familiar with it, it is really convenient getting around! Being in the busy district of Shinjuku, you can be sure to always find restaurants and things to do till late....yet the place is quiet and ensures you get a good rest after a long day. The sink gives off a slightly foul smell.but probably because of the humidity. A perfect room for 2 but may be abit small for more. Not for picky travellers.

This was the first place me and my husband stayed on our first trip to Japan. The flat is really easy to find and the neighbourhood is quiet but at the same time it is very close to the train station and Shinjuku's nightlife. Restaurants, shops, karaoke, arcades are all only a 5 minute walk from the flat. The flat itself is clean and cozy, exactly as you see in the pictures. The bed is really comfy. The portable wi-fi was a treat and made our stay much easier. Might be a bit inconvenient for some as the bedroom is bright in the morning but for us who wanted to get up early to go sightseeing it was absolutely perfect. Mimi's place is the best and couldn't recommend it more, especially if it's your first time in Tokyo!

Firstly, the host is prompt on replying to query on the availability of the apartment. And she was pretty helpful and friendly. The location of the apartment is slightly at the back of the city area. Distance from the train station is still walkable for me. Just that it is quite dark especially on the way home at night. If you are a lady and staying alone, i will not advise late night outing. When i got into the apartment, it looks decent and cosy. Little to my knowledge the apartment is very dusty. The bedsheets is filled with dust, feel like nobody bothered to clean up the place before we arrive. I was wondering what happened to the cleaning fee that i paid when i book the apartment. I am sensitive to dust and i am having sinus throughout my stay. Cleanliness is definitely what i am looking for when i book an apartment or hotel. This is very disappointing as i was looking forward to a great stay. No doubt mimi is a friendly host. However i will not stay at the same apartment the next time i visit japan.
