That just sounds patently absurd though, and from the article that does seem to be a very minority view. It doesn't really fit the Obamacare/Occupy Movement/Bernie Sanders narrative going on in the US the past few years, at least that's my impression. If nothing else, you have classes of people made out of their health benefits. Just from reddit I get the sense of a tiered employer hierarchy where the "best" employers offer health benefits and vacation days unattainable by lower classes.

we don't have CASTES in America, but we definitely do have classes.
