4月14日のツイッター凍結についてのご報告

昨日朝から本日未明にかけて、ほぼ20時間近くにわたって＠cracjp のツイッター・アカウントがsuspendedとなり、ご迷惑をおかけしました。
「プライベート写真が投稿されているからツイッター・ルールをよく確認してください。確認後返信いただければ当該ツイートは削除し、凍結は解除されます」というメールがツイッター・サポートから来たので、以下のように返信しました。
この写真はプライベートではなく、路上での差別デモの際に撮影されたものです。C.R.A.C.は、実生活において誰が差別者であるかという情報をレイシズムの被害者に向けて適切に提供します。ツイートの扱いについてはおまかせしますが、ツイッター社がツイッター上のいかなるレイシストもサポートすることのないよう、お願いいたします。
ツイートは削除されてしまいましたので、当該情報を改めてこちらに掲載します。消えたツイートに載っていた写真は以下の2枚で、これは有泉一貴（通名＝佐々木。イオン株式会社コールセンター勤務 @ka39976）という人が2014年1月に板橋区西武池袋線大山駅前で差別街宣に参加したときのものです。この人は以前関西において在特会その他のヘイト・デモ常連でしたが、現在転勤によって関東に住んでいるようです。

差別者の情報を逐次適切な形で提供していくというC.R.A.C.の方針には今後も変更はありません。そのため、場合によってはツイッター社その他サービス提供会社とのトラブルによりアカウントが停止する可能性もありますが、その際は迅速な対応を行いますのでどうぞご安心ください。

Yes we read and understood the Twitter Rules.
As for the complained tweet, images included in it are not private.  They were shot during a political rally on the street held by Zaitokukai (a Japanese far-right racist organization), which is quite offensive to ethnic minorities. He was a participant of the rally.
We Counter-Racist Action Collective must provide appropriate informations to ethnic and racial minorities who are daily being abused on internet that who is in real-life abusing and offensive to them.
We leave the decision up to you on whether to remove the reported tweet, but we hope you don’t support any racists violating human rights of racial minorities on twitter.
