Was LoLK a mistake? I don't really see anyone talking about nor playing it anymore.More OT though. DDC is my favorite Touhou game since IN.It felt more "oldschool"(like the older games) than all of the newer games.

DDC has a dubious honor of having the worst and most forgettable cast out of Windows era main games. For a Touhou game that's a death sentence, even if it had been perfect from every other standpoint (it isn't).

And that makes sense considering she is cuter, has better design, better ability, better personality, better everything.

That's an even more ridiculous claim than the DDC one.It's probably just me and my preferences but after a bit of thought I would probably rank the windows games in cast identifiability in this highly subjective manner: EoSD > PCB > IN > MoF = SA > PoFV > TD = DDC > UFO > LoLKI'm not satisfied with the list and I hate the ties but this is reasonable in my head.For TD I only think Miko and Futo stand out on their own, while UFO really only boasts Byakuren and Kogasa for me. Seemed even at two until I thought about how forgettable Murasa and Shou are and how often the other TD characters show up alongside Futo and the crown prince.

I feel like Nazrin is the best embodiment of UFO while Byakuren feels like the static fixture of the game. Kogasa's popularity doesn't surprise me, though she feels almost out of place despite it being her debut. She is memorable on her own without tying her to a game unlike most other memorable characters. I like Parsee best and she has ranked decently in popularity but I wouldn't consider her to be as memorable or iconic of a character as Kaenbyou Rin, who is apparently less popular.
