• Does it have any limited data usage?

  The maximum speed is 14Mbps. The speed might get any slow if there is congestion of massive data use.

• I was told the maximum speed is 14Mbps when downloading but it is still slow.

  The maximum download speed for 3G area is 14Mbps. Check the softbank moblie homepage (http://www.softbank.jp/mobile/network) for more details.
  It can go up to 14.4Mbps in high speed area when downloading(5.7Mbps when uploading). Please, notice　it can go up to 384kbps both uploading and downloading in the other area.
  There is the chance of slight speed difference might get occured by the type of smart phone you have. The actual speed might feel different than what it reads on the techinical specification of maximum speed of GTN Mobile infinity due to hard ware, distance from ISP and congestion.

• I am using 3G smart phone now. Could you tell me how to set up my phone?

  Please, adjust APN number to your phone. For more details, ask GTN moblie service.

• Is there limit for internet speed?

  In case of usage over the limit of each plan, the speed will be reduced to 200kbps.
  Moreover, there are cases if network condition and your usage affect other customers’ usage, we may have to temporarily limit the speed.
  There is neither uniformity in limitation content nor threshold publicized.
  And in case the band gets too crowded at once, we also may have to restrict connection speed of all customers.

  You have to return SIM card and smartphone to us as you terminate GTN Mobile express contract.

• Does it have any limited data usage?

  The maximum speed is 150Mbps. If the use of data is exceeded per month, the speed will fall to 200kbps until the last day of the same month.
  Also, the speed might get slow down for the rest of the month after you hit a 366MB three days in a row.

• I was told the maximum speed is 150Mbps, but feel different.

  The maximum downloading speed is 150Mbps for Xi area. Please check NTT (https://www.nttdocomo.co.jp/)
  The maximum speed for other Xi area will be one of three below. 112.5Mbps/75Mbps.37.5Mpbs

• I am using FOMA(3G) smart phone. Could you tell me how to set up?

  Enter the APN number in your phone. For more details, inquire GTN mobile service.

• Where could I find out how much data I am able to use?

  We are still working on it. After we get it done, we are going to notify you ASAP on our homepage.

• If there is some left on my data usage in this month, does it carry forward to next month?

  No. The data usage is due that month.

  when there is the changing of plans, the speed and data usage will be applied on the first day of next month at 1am.

• Where should I go to changed the plan?

• Should I reset my phone after plan changed?

  It does not matter if you already set up the previous one.

• Is there a chance to plus more options after I change to another plan?

  You cannot apply for both plans at the same time. You should change your plans first and then add some extra options.

• Upon the change of plan, the remain of available data usage can be carried forward to the next month?

  you can add more data usage up to six times per month, not further.

about the setting

• Do I need to set up MCC/MNC?

  You do not need to se up when there is automatic acquisition from SIM card information. However, you need to set up for yourself in the case of empty space of SIM card.
