Registration period
- Early registration: until Monday, August 10, 2015
- Regular registration: Tuesday, August 11, 2015 – Friday, October 9, 2015
Complete registration fee payments by Saturday, August 15, 2015, Japan Time for the early rate, and Friday, October 9, 2015, Japan Time for the regular rate. NO Registration will be processed without payment.
Payment method
Payment must be made in Japanese YEN by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, JCB or American Express). Bank remittance can be available from Banks in Japan. All bank charges for remittance are to be borne by the registrant. Include your registration number in the description of your remittance.
Cancellation of registration
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by Friday, October 9, 2015 by sending an e-mail to IMGC2015 Secretariat (info@imgc2015.jp). Confirmation message will be sent from the IMGS Secretariat within three business days. Please contact us if you do not receive the confirmation message.
If the registration is cancelled on or before Friday, October 9, 2015, registration fees will be refunded for the amount paid, less a ¥5,000 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received by the IMGC2015 Secretariat after Friday, October 9, 2015.
