hey

hit the gym 7 days a week, going there 4 times a day so i can hit back/legs/shoulders-chest-tris/chest every hour... 8 hours gym every day (lucky I'm the Gym CEO and own a successful startup lol)

that leaves me with 8 hours of sleep and 8 hours of plate spinning, gotta stay disciplined

i keep a excel spreadsheet with all their info and names in case I forgot, as well as rotating cycles, today is Brianna, tomorrow is Jenny, so goes on... so yeah pretty much a schedule
