Well I don't know about the caviar, and I don't know your cooking abilities, but I am also a poor college student and I make my meals a priority. I think a big part of it is learning to shop and cook. Splurge on some nice ingredients once in a while. Make something with a fancy cream sauce, buy good spices, learn how to roast large pieces of meat that you can use in a ton of recipes. That will help you get to that goal of eating like a rich person, which personally to me, is the only way us poor people can feel rich once in a while. I believe in you!
