According to SteamSpy they were at 93% positive yesterday, but I don't know if that includes some of the drop or not. Some people are saying it started as high as 96%.

The way it seems to work is that it puts things above the line if they worked in the game's favor and below if it didn't. Net additions of positives and removals of negatives go up top, while net removals of positives and additions of negatives go below.
