Completely different than my view. It all depends on how you classify "alpha." As /u/TheGreasyPole has explained before there are really two "alphas"--the patriarch (AB/BF) and the warrior/criminal alpha (AF). /u/OccamsUsername has described the latter as the pinnacle of civilization/the perfect alpha--the functional leader and the functional supporter. I agree with his assessment of the perfect alpha.

There are two alpha concepts that TRP (but not RP) commonly munges together.

The AF role... The cassanova. The fucker of women.

The AB role... The patriarch. The leader of men.

We munge them together as most alpha qualities appear on both lists. They are heavily overlapping circles on a Venn diagram.

In order to answer this I need to know which type you mean. Cassanova himself (read his wiki bio, he had many more facets than you'd be aware of) is a good example of the first. Julius Ceasar is a good example of the 2nd (in his later years, he was a cassanova when younger).
