He's talking about sometimes getting angry because people are so hot. You look at them and it hits you how shitty the world really is that there can be perfection displayed everywhere and you being enticed to want it and never be albe to have it.

Some moments when you see a beautiful woman are just crushing because you immediately know that any passion you feel while looking at her is empty pressure that will never be fullfilled...

That might be why there is so much hate for women on the internet because it is full of pretty women we can never touch but are forced to see. We can't run away from wanting them for a split second before realizing that we never can have them.

The bit is way shorter and not this dark but it's what I feel seeing that pic. And it happens a lot. It has gotten to the point where I get sad if a pretty girl sits close to me in the train.
