My Argument I posit that during the period of 1969 to 1972, NASA performed 6 manned moon landings and enough physical and third-party evidence exists to corroborate this. Intended Opponent I aim this mainly at an acceptance from the Reddit conspiracy community (http://www.reddit.com...), to whom I have posted an invite, however I am happy for anyone to accept should a debater not present themselves. Round Format Round 1: Acceptance - no arguments to be made Round 2: Opening Arguments, Con may rebut me. Round 3: Rebuttals/Arguments Round 4: Rebuttals/Conclusions - no new arguments to be made. General Rules I ask that anyone accept do so only if they are relatively well versed in the subject and are willing to post detailed and sourced evidence to back up their claims. To be considered evidence, there must be evidence. To be considered good evidence it must be detailed. There is no point in listing a large number of 'reasons' if not extrapolated and left unexplained. To do otherwise is to play the old tactic of Gish Gallop: list as many claims as possible, hope that there is not enough space to refute them all, claim those not refuted are therefore proof of the claim. I ask that any accepting debater not link long videos as part of their evidence. Short clips which illustrate a specific point or contribute as evidence are fine, but it would be unfair to post a 1 hour long video, which takes you a single line, and expect me to rebut every single point in a character limited debate. By all means summarise the most important points and post them as text with evidence and I will accept them as valid arguments. If there is any doubt that you will be able to complete all rounds then please do not accept. That is all, good luck. This round has not been posted yet. |
