I might have dropped it elsewhere but this sub has more activity related to making "gainers".
I've replaced whole milk / half GOMAD a day, by the following smoothie I've been drinking for the last couple of months:
4 oz of this - 840kcal, make your own custom milk
3 tbsp of coconut oil, extra virgin etc. Found out this looks like a good deal, there might be better I didn't search much
either a fruit or (my choice) one serving of superfoods provided it tastes fruity (ie. Amazing grass berry). Cinnamon/vanilla/whatever are good choices too
the whole thing mixes super well with 2-3 tsp of that
So there you go, better bioavailable calcium&magnesium than in milk, better fats, less sugars, MCTs mimick carbs anyway.
1250kcal.
Budget goes from $2-2.5 for a half gallon of basic whole milk (1250ish calories as well) up to $3-ish a day for the whole super healthy/organic thing.
Misses milk proteins but I prefer to eat them proteins, or drink isolate.
