Does amaclin need some btc to wreck havoc? The guy is seriously my hero ... Id be willing to donate if it would drive popcorn futures up enough. Maybe we could have a btc address and the more we feed in the louder the butters scream

Also I petition to make him a mod

I think we should organize a donation pool and have a trusted member of the community hold on to it. After a certain amount is reached he could donate it to /u/alistermaclin As owner of bitcointalk.org and moderator of /r/bitcoin, I nominate /u/theymos due to his long standing ethical history and because of all the hard work he has put into the bitcoin community.

Bits-coin are for hodling. I'd rather give him fiat, since it'll be worth nothing once QE4 unleashes hyperinflation.

I believe that, for this attack, he does not need to spend any BTC of his own, not even for fees. He just re-issues other people's transactions after "malleating" them.

He said no, and he just seems to take a transaction someone else has made, change part of the header that isn't hashed, and send it out onto the chain again

I do not mind. In fact i do not need extra btc. But my wife asks me about money each day :)
