Ok I'm abord the odin train now nut I doubt that is buddha, for two reasons. First off, I am very certain that is a chick, while there may be female buddhas I doubt any are of large enough significance; secondly, buddha isn't considered a god, he actually dislike or disregarded gods, or at least the version of buddhism I'm familiar with as it depends on the denomination.

We'll probably be able to draw more definitive conclusions once we get a better image or some kind of info.

The gut reaction is Buddha but you're right in that it very well could not be. Could go either way.

Benzaiten?. She is a Buddhist(Which in this case does seem to count as polytheistic )/Shinto goddess who is actually inspired by the Hindu goddess Saraswati. This makes sense with Krishna being the leader.

I'm leaning towards Odin for the other one but if we go with the "foreign gods influenced by Indian gods" theme, could he be the Roman Mithras who is derived from the proto Indo-Iranian Mitra.

Sarasvati is a Buddha and has been in the games in one form or another for years. So until there's some more info it could be a male or female Buddha/Bodhisattvas as the style of artwork doesn't really give away gender that much.

There is a well known female Bodhisattva called Guan Yin. She's actually one of the most important and well known buddhist figures. Even though it is true that most are generally male.

This is incorrect. It comes from deliberate disingenuity on the part of westerners where they mistranslate deva just as god, so the part where buddha says he's not a deva (or a human) since he's an even higher tier of god is bungled by them to him saying he's not a god as if it meant he was a human. One of his titles is devatideva, which even if you translate deva as god means god above the gods, to show that while regular gods are advanced and spiritual relative to humans, he is similar in terms of hierarchy to all life in samsara, even that you consider gods. And he didn't disregard gods as a concept. He simply placed himself above the hindu gods, saying that worship should be directed at him for main religious observance, and they were mere helpful spirits. To anyone who is a practicing buddhist in a majority Buddhist place, the idea that buddhas aren't gods according to the traditional religion would not make sense to them unless they were one of a small segment who had a hangup about westerners using a western name and concept / definition of god and so misinterpreting how they function.
