TIL reporting rule breaking is harassment.

That's what reporting and moving on with your life is for, not so one community with admittedly biased opinions can police the entire front page. Instead they highlight their "ignorance" and "satirically" mock them, that's harassment especially if done to a specific set of subs, if you don't see the difference that's really your problem.

Reported for something it wasn't. Making it so most likely those users go on an ignore or low priority list for the next report they do.

Calls for violence like here are common from /r/European for example. When linked to they then follow the metabot to brigade almost every time.

This is a pretty obvious play on "kill all men" but hey it's "satire."

Take a look at their content posted on /r/againsthatesubreddits and you will see they are no better if not worse then /r/coontown. It seems they have more calls for violence.

I would say srs is in that same boat satire just saves their collective asses.

Exactly they are finding naturally terrible comments not making them. Not the point you wanted but it is true they are only linking. The content is highly upvoted by the terrible users of the subreddits and made by them.

So they contribute nothing to the subs and repost, that's not even remotely the truth but I'll go with it for the moment. Though it does go to show they have no interest in being in those subs anyway, but they're actively campaigning against them even though the the subs in question are staying well within their own boundaries and not leaking to Reddit as a whole.

Considering their doxxing history one would have to be crazy to deny this is harassment.

That is linking to meta comments. That isn't brigading or harassment.

Well /r/European for example, since I mentioned them above, have multiple users follow the metabot to comment and vote in the subreddits linking to them.

You linked to a comment chain that showed very clear self policing within the sub. the removals are a little slow but their mods are likely asleep I'll pass my judgment on that after about a day.
