On February 26, 2015, the editor of the portal Tijana.rs, Aleksandar Dovragovic, addressed a letter to the High Court in Subotica and asked the question:
When will the deposition chamber of the Higher Court in Subotica approach the examination and confirmation of the indictment and determine the date of the first hearing, or the start of the trial?
According to the response that we received on March 03, 2015 from Rajko Maravic, the Secretary of the High Court in Subotica, the charges against the accused Dragan Djuric are legally confirmed.
The lawyer of the accused did not appeal to the indictment.
The appointment of the panel that will guide this process is pending and the date of the preliminary hearing can be expected soon.
The defendant's detention is extended for another thirty (30) days due to the risk of flight, the risk of repetition of the offense and the manner of execution and the weight of the consequences of the offense.
