Billboards

Following the work of the Facebook group “Help to find Tijana Juric” and after being invited by its administrators to help in search for Tijana bycreating billboards, the current editor of this site, Aleksandar Dovragović, using his previous experience, contacted several billboard manufacturing and printing companies.
Vladimir Tepavac, the owner of the company “Babbler Media Marketing” from Sombor wanted to help and agreed to do these billboards, and out of humane motives did not want to be compensated for the cost of issuing space for the billboards, only for the printing services.
Aleksandar did graphic designs for the billboards, measuring four by three meters and prepared a written parental consent for using Tijana’s data who was a minor, and called her father, Igor, on August 5, 2014.
Although they had never met before, he offered his help to him and said that he would prepare six billboards needed in the search for Tijana.
Igor thanked him and suggested that two billboards be immediately placed in Backa Topola and three in Novi Sad, and later set up another billboard at another location, depending on the course of the investigation.
Unfortunately the day when these billboards were to be placed, Tijana was found.
After Tijana's tragic fate, Vladimir Tepavac, did not want compensation even for the printing services and returned the money to Aleksandar.
Intended money was later used to create Tijana's eternal home.
Two of these five billboards were used as large images of Tijana, three times two meters in size, in front of which the citizens at the “Green Fountain” in the center of Subotica and the Orthodox church in the center of Bajmok, lit candles, as a last good-bye to Tijana.
Friends are acquired in troubled times and in those moments the friendships are best tested.
Igor in the following months continued to organize all the actions with Aleksandar with the idea to “NEVER BE FORGOTTEN” and to “NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN”.
Here, family Juric and Aleksandar Dovragović want to again thank Vladimir Tepavac, the owner of the company “Babbler Media Marketing”.
