                                        Whenever I trip out I just go about business as usual and it's amazing.                                                     He's not that big, and still pretty young. IMO it's more likely that it was accidental and not health related. Even being super fat it still takes years before it becomes so stressful on your organs to actually kill you. To die at 22 of health related issues would have to be some disease or defect that would have likely been noticed since he was pretty active.

                                                    Example: My dad weighs over 400 pounds, and has so my entire life. He's well into his 50s, and not currently dying. His main concerns are high blood pressure, and where to buy pizza.
