There's this Russian kid who has recently started making prank videos which usually involve him offering people money to do humiliating stuff. This video is a bit different, here he's just standing next to his expensive looking car and inviting women with boyfriends walking on the street to take a ride with him. I think it's fascinating that this kind of stuff that people keep hearing about looks so simple and actually works.

    I've never really considered a future without wife & kids, always had it in the back of my head... biological imperative and all that. But seeing this shit go down in EE first hand, now watching this russian dude, hearing about how fucked up USA is all the time, I honestly don't see what the best way of living life is anymore. Getting rich no matter what and having a complete fucking ball, living selfishly with absolutely no desire for kids, or for making any positive impact in society certainly seems like a valid strategy at this point. One I could see myself actually pulling off long-term.

        I wouldn't get down about it, I think the theme of his videos is not that all girls are money hungry whores, but rather EVERYONE is obsessed with money and will do absurd things for it.                 I think the divorce rape is pretty much unique to the US, which is not to say other countries have some perfect divorce laws. In my country for example in a divorce only the possetions bought in the marriage are split 50:50, whatever you had before the wedding and whatever you got in inheritance in that time stays with you. The kids almost always go with the mother tho.

                divorce really really destroys middle class and poor men. If you have 10x more than you'd ever need and you lose half and now have 5x more than what you need, it may hurt your feelings but if you can get past that you are fine. The thing that really gets them isn't splitting up assets, it's the payments. You can recover from losing half in probably 7-10 years and be back where you were if you invest the half you keep at a decent rate. I have a friend, intelligent guy, well educated, entrepreneurial type who always had money and was always finding some hustle to get ahead. He meets a girl, so many red flags, pretty much myself and all of our mutual friends are telling the guy not to get too serious with her. He ends up marrying her, they have two kids, together about 4-5 years, she ends up cheating with some athletic black guy, so her and my friend get divorced and she takes everything and primary custody of the children, now my friend's ruined, basically a shell of his former self, no ambition, living in a rented 500sqft basement suit (used to own 2 homes before the divorce) eating microwavable processed food for every meal, I mean it's just depressing as hell to see how this guys life has gone to shit. Sure he could definitely make a better effort to rise out of the gutter and take steps to rebuild himself and his life but I'm not going to pretend I can relate to what he's going through or patronize him with suggestions of how he should or shouldn't be living. Just a shitty thing to see.

                  I'm not a big fan of this logic either though. I think if women in Russia thought they could divorce rape their husband, they would. Im just speculating, but maybe it has more to do with divorce being a more serious thing in Russia than it is in the US? Because in the US divorce is pretty much encouraged for women, they get all the benefits of being married and they don't have to have sex with someone they aren't attracted to.
