MT4 integration is awesome -- any plans to change BIT to BTC ? Why was this chosen in the first place (I know of this you have explained but I get asked it by others a lot so now we can get one clear message)
Clearly lay out the difference between leverage and margin requirements. Also display this a way that makes sense to people about to place a trade.
Is support really 24 hours now ? What happened in the couple of downtime instances and what has been done to mitigate or reduce DT as much as possible ?
How are the spreads determined? Have you considered a second fee structure with tight spreads but a commission on each trade ?

On the account management deposit/withdrawal page can we have the past txs listed and their status: probably a link to one of the block explorers (love that the email sends one the 1 confirm VS on received so I know funds are LIVE)
Is there still a 24hour wait for withdrawals ? will this become near instant ?
2FA ? Many people want this additional level of security for withdrawals with probably the option to have it on log-in as well. Pretty standard in the crypto industry these days. What crypto security measures are currently employed ?
Currently you added a number of US equities/stocks -- what other instruments are in the pipeline to be added ? Recently you made lot sizes on indexes smaller any plans to do that on US Equities ?
Currently crypto leverage is only 25x any plans to go north of 50x ? Have you considered adding any other altcoin CFDs ?
