Anyways the first incident is where they refunded people and then got to keep the winnings from the refunded lineups.

Wasn't an issue when you were harping on it last year...still not an issue now.

In FD terms of service it says people who get this information aren't allowed to withdrawl yet they do.

Then according to the terms of service, FD can deny paying those people out, or sue them to get their winnings back for violating the terms of service. Even ban them in the future. But again, not a legal issue where YOU have any standing to do anything.

Here is the law that makes Fantasy legal.

Swing and a miss on this one. This law does not make fantasy sports legal, all it does is exclude certain fantasy sports that meet certain restrictions from its enforcement power. Also, you linked to a wikipedia page. You didn't link to an actual portion of the law which actually makes the things you take issue with illegal.

Last point, just to further drive home how you have no idea what you're talking about...online gambling and fantasy sports legality is determined on a state by state basis. Case in point: when I open up FD or DK on my phone, I need to have my gps/location on, and I need to click a box certifying that I am not located in a certain few states. Care to venture a guess as to why you can't play DK or FD games from those certain states?

It's funny that you think you linked to a law. You linked to a wikipedia page. You are stating, very confidently and assertively, that FD or DK or BOTH violated that law. I'm asking you to point to me, in the actual law itself, the portions which make the actions of FD and/or DK illegal.

I don't know why I would think people would offer legal advice in this sub.

Sometimes there is no legal advice to give. You don't have a legal issue here. Maybe the NY AG gets some fraud indictments, but that has nothing to do with you. There won't be a class action because civil courts are not in the business of helping gamblers recoup their losses.

And yes, it's gambling. I play a lot of fantasy sports, and do a lot of DFS. If you actually believe that it is a game of skill, then you're a retard in denial.
