Return Policy
Customers have 30 days to return your item(s) and get a refund for any reason. All returns require order identification number and serial number of the product. Shipping charge is not refundable for any reason unless product is defective.
Damaged items during shipment or items damaged on arrival (DOA) must be reported in 48 hours from the time shipment was received in order for us to file insurance claims. Insurance claim requires us to have original shipping box.
All returns must be done through shipping and cannot be returned at our office locations.
HOW TO GET YOUR RMA

Our customer support team will send an email with the RMA number, instructions, and our return address.

Please follow the provided instructions for packaging your item(s) and send it by mail to return them..

We’ll process the RMA, inspect the device, and check serial numbers once we receive your item.
If you requested a refund, depending on the credit card company, you’ll be refunded within 2-3 days of us processing the item(s) and a notification from us via email.
If you requested an exchange, your exchange will be sent out within 2-4 days of processing the item(s) and a tracking number.
