They then charged high prices selling the houses to black families

There are as many definitions of racism as there are people. Someone could say it is unwise to live around blacks without believing they have any innate inferiority. This could be due to socioeconomic circumstances. He didn't say why so it's not necessarily racist since racism requires once to believe in innate differences between races or irrational hatred towards a race. I suggest responding to why each of his points are wrong.

Muslims don't live in slums though. They are pretty much equal in socioeconomic status. I don't think this is really comparable. Though I think it really depends where you live. Also Islam is not a race. There are Muslims of a large variety of ethnic backgrounds.

It's not sustainable for every human on the planet to be eating steak daily so I can assure you it's not sustainable to be feeding it to our dogs too. Keeping cattle puts out a lot of greenhouse gasses.

I guess it depends on how you define mental illness. I would define anyone who has such a brain state to be mentally ill.

How could we, Harvard students, be beaten by inmates?

A valid question though. To debate well you need education. Inmates are generally less educated.
