hey heres a tip.. dont compare your cluster b friends to other people…. please..

if your borderline friend says “hey, heres my favorite [thing]” dont say “oh that thing reminds me of [another friend]”….

if your histrionic friend says “we should hang out, its been forever” dont say “yeah i spend most of my time with [another friend] these days”…….

if your narcissistic friend says “i just got this new kintype its really helped me stop dissociating lately” dont say “oh yeah i know a few people who are kin for [same character]” or “yeah i project strongly onto them too” or whateevr…………

if your antisocial friend says “look at this thing i drew” dont say “oh that reminds me of [another friend]’s art”…. etc….. are u getting my gist…???

people with cluster b personality disorders have enormously unstable sense of self and sense of our worth to others…. we define ourselves by these things like our favorite colors or our kintypes or our relationships with people… comments like this can do nothing but hurt us….
