you need to dig harder into the nature of politcal movements. The right with the onset of the Far to Fringe Right Tea party appearing on the scene has become hyper partisan compared to center left in the democratic party. No amount of deflection, denial, or trying to cover up this dangerous trend will change this situation or the facts about the Far Right's hyper partisan nature.

Not to mention the attempts to primary and remove Republicans that dare compromise and get things done over the last 3 election cycles in hopes of getting them booted from the GOP is proof of that. The nature of the GOP to call regular conservatives RINO's for not being hardliner enough is another sure tale sign of the hyper partisanship of the GOP. Adding to that all the hostage taking of various programs to demand spending cuts while refusing to except other methods getting revenue to fund them, the first appearance to attempt to, for partisan reasons, to use the debt ceiling at a politcal tool, purposely shutting down the goverment while ignoring the federal workers who where screwed over because the GOP had to have things there way while in the minority, The unprecedented abuse of the filibuster to shut down attempt fix the economy out of fear that the Democrats might get something positive done that might changes the nature of politics in Washington, ect, ect.

These examples and all the other meaningless ideological showdowns with Obama out of politcal hatred of him or spite are more then enough proof to show who is more hyper partisan.

Saying "well the other side does it to" doesn't magically even out the partisan equation and sweep what the GOP has done under the rug of history. People are not that stupid to fall for such petty deflections.
