This is a bit double edged.
For example, in HUSNGs, you'd think that PS would hate regging software because it lets regs avoid each other, and without it they would simul sit well over 50% of the time.
But, if you get too many simu sits, it becomes too unbalanced and extreme in the other way, and good grinding rakers will stop playing.
I won't pretend to know for sure what the correct balance is in Spins, but like in HUSNGs, if too many regs avoid each other and a big line is created, regs will end up sitting other regs.
In HUSNGs there are organized groups that do this. In Spins, you can't monopolize the lobby that way, so I doubt organized groups could really be effective. However, what you would see in Spins, is individual players saying "you know what, I'll move to the front of the line by taking a chance and sitting xyz.... since there's still a 33%+ chance I won't end up in a game with him, and even if I do, there's a 3rd player."
I think it'll be far more easier to achieve balance in Spins than HUSNGs.
