Right, you little shits, it's time we get our act together.

I'm not discriminating against anyone at this point, including myself because admittedly, I fucked up a bit too. Just because you in particular did not participate in the raidings, I still did not see a lot of reports from other users. I believe two three things should be implemented in the downtime:

More moderation. We need more moderators who are able to be on the sub frequently, handle a lot of stress and can control groups of people.

Target raiders/rule breakers specifically. We need to find out who the raiders are and kick THEM in the face. Once we make it clear on our policies, they will get removed from the community without affecting others, therefore not causing a bunch of 'Disappointed' posts again.

No outside food

Teach users more about the report button. If users report posts that advocate raiding before others are able to read it, then the bad eggs of our group will be shown we don't stand for this shit remotely. Granted, some few raids may still happen, but it would definitely stem the bleeding. Cut off the head and the body will die.

I'm still thinking of more things. It's nearly midnight and my computer has been fucked anally by the infamous hacker known as 4chan or something so I'm not exactly in the mood for motivational speeches.
