I don't know about everyone else, but when I was growing up I LOVED taking shit apart and putting it back together. I'd make nonsense gadgets out of shit I found laying around. I don't really see it as all that special, I just kind of see it as normal, and the fact that this kid was arrested for putting some circuit boards in a pencil box blows my mind. If I were to have done that nothing would've happened. It would've been considered normal, because it is, but when a kid with darker skin did it he's detained. It's so clear there is racial profiling going on, and the fact that people deny it, or worse, make this teenager look like the villain sickens me. I just don't understand how you can paint someone that young as straight evil. He's a fucking kid for Christ sake.
