No, we don't. We follow a special, different set of rules from that of ordinary society BUT we acknowledge the authority of civil government, just as Jesus did. That's why neither we nor He are anarchists.

Hi, AlexDTX. If people do not wish to reply to what I actually wrote, then it's not as if I can force them to do so.

You yourself are having a public conversation with yourself when you write such nihil ad rem things as "Jesus is not an anarchist. He is the God of all order." The first sentence of that statement is false. Nor does that statement address anything I wrote.

Regarding the rest of your comments, as I wrote in my article "Jesus Is an Anarchist" (Social Science Research Network, Dec. 4, 2011 [orig. pub. Dec. 19, 2001]), pp. 7-8:

    ""
In passing, it's important for me to distinguish "Earthly governments" from what is sometimes called the "Kingdom of God" or the "Kingdom of Christ." In the above discussion I have been analyzing governments as they are operated by men here on Earth--but as I will show, the "Kingdom" which Christ is to establish on Earth will be the functional and operational opposite of any kingdom which has ever existed on Earth before, i.e., it won't actually be a government in the sense in which I defined above and will in fact be perfectly consistent with the Golden Rule.
    ""

For details on that, see my following article, which demonstrates the logically unavoidable anarchism of Jesus Christ's teachings as recorded in the New Testament (in addition to analyzing their context in relation to his actions, to the Tanakh, and to his apostles). It is logically complete on this subject, in the sense of its apodixis.

Hi, Albion. You know not whereof you speak. You are replying to the phantasms of your own mind. You are not replying to or addressing anarchism per se, but rather your jejune misunderstandings of it.

One does not simply acquire veridical and systematic knowledge on such subjects as religion, politics, and economics via some process of ætherical osmosis, wherein by merely existing as a human being one absorbs logically and empirically rigorous insight into such subjects. Rather, such erudition can only be obtained by deep readings into those fields--more critically and to the point: readings of those who themselves know whereof they speak, since there is much prattle which flies under the banner of knowledge, including fallacious ideologies which are quite destructive vis-à-vis society. In addition, mere readings do not themselves suffice, even of those writers who are genuinely penetrating. Understanding of what is read is also critical.

Very few people, in relative terms, ever embark upon this course; less still get very far in this journey toward truth. It's a hard road to travel, so few people bother.

A popular saying runs thus: Ignorance is bliss. In actual fact, ignorance is *not* bliss, because what one does not know will quite often hurt one and one's loved-ones, and very badly at that. As God imparted to Hosea, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." (Hosea 4:6, New King James Version.)

This world is certainly not suffering from an overabundance of truth, but rather quite the opposite: the commonality have been inculcated from birth into massively-destructive lies by those who rule over them. It's the widespread ignorance of the public which enables the government-created horrors which we have seen and will see far more of.

However, though ignorance be not bliss, ignorance is easy: being ignorant requires no effort.

To quote Prof. Murray N. Rothbard on this matter (from p. 4 of "Anarcho-Communism", The Libertarian Forum, Vol. 2, No. 1 [Jan. 1, 1970], pp. 1 and 4, http://webcitation.org/6K8WaX5VF ):

    ""
It is no crime to be ignorant of economics, which is, after all, a specialized discipline and one that most people consider to be a "dismal science." But it is totally irresponsible to have a loud and vociferous *opinion* on economic subjects while remaining in this state of ignorance.
    ""

More than just pertaining to economics, the underlying thrust of Prof. Rothbard's above reproval applies equally to other fields of vital human knowledge, including religion and politics.

If one wishes to actually obtain veridical understanding into the most crucial fields of sapient knowledge, then I have made it as easy as possible for one to do so via my own writings. My below articles explain to people (1) theological ethics and soteriology in a comprehensive and logically-coherent manner; (2) how the known laws of physics prove God's existence while demonstrating the exacting and extensive consilience of the New Testament with said physical laws; (3) the nature of God in light of said physical laws; (4) the End Time, the Tribulation, the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, the foundation of Heaven on Earth, and the universal resurrection of the dead in light of said physical laws; and (5) the End Time in light of the history of the globalist oligarchy's self-termed New World Order world government and world religion agenda.

Item No. 1 is important vis-à-vis salvation for those who maintain that they already believe in Jesus Christ's Godhead. Items Nos. 2-5 are important in letting atheists, believers in other religions, and nominal ersatz "Christians" know that God as described by the New Testament does exist and that the New Testament is true. Items Nos. 2-5 are additionally important in giving believers in Christ a much deeper understanding of God and of the End Time, so that they may be strengthened in their faith during the extreme horrors to come and so that they will not fall for the deceptions of the Beast governmental system.

My following articles distill all of the most important aspects of veridical human knowledge into a comprehensive, coherent and unified whole: from theology, physics, science, ethics, legal theory, political theory, economics, sociology, epistemology to history.

Hi, Albion. In this world, literal serial-killers in suits are the most loved. Professional liars and mass-murderers get the most adoration and respect.

Whereas truth is the most hated thing in the world. This world is certainly not suffering from an overabundance of truth--quite the contrary.

So acceptance is not something I seek. Because if that were my goal, then I would either have to hold back from speaking vital truths or I would have to speak falsely. Lies are crafted for the hearer's acceptance, whereas truth is just what it is, and often that means that truth is unacceptable to the hearer.

However, truth is an existential steamroller. It's an unstoppable juggernaut. One either climbs aboard the machinery of truth or gets crushed underneath it.

For an example, a person who disbelieves in buses isn't going to spared if he steps in front of a moving one. He'll be splattered.

It is better to know than to not know. That way one can make informed choices. In this case, choices which potentially affect one eternally.

Jesus believed in the LAW, not anarchy. However, in terms of the US government, I think He would advocate that people blatantly ignore many US laws. The reason is because He believed in a strict legal system with no room for bending the rules. If a "law" is passed illegally (unconstitutional) then it exists outside the law itself. The lawmaker that passed it, and the police officer that enforces it are de facto criminals.

Obeying such a thing would be an endorsement of both anarchy and despotism (two sides of the same coin).

Approximately 90% of all federal activity is illegal. So it is perfectly acceptable for a Christian to resist illegal (unconstitutional) government actions.

In addition, "render unto Caesar" absolutely does not apply to all Roman law. It only applies to laws that are compatible with God's Law. So you should obey laws like "don't steal." But you should ignore laws like "you must participate in a gay wedding."

P.S. I'm actually an Anarcho-Capitalist, so I do sympathize with some dimensions of anarchy (but I'm not a full blown anarchist).

Paradox, the god man had a consicience. Hence he must have erred? If he erred he sinned. If he sinned he was not God. Therefore, I got my apologetics wrong.

    Rational,

Thank you for your input. As I had stated previously, I am referring to a Biblical Anarchism, which applies to the body of Christ, not the world. There is only one hierarchy, Jesus our King. All of the body of Christ are brethren and equals. Now, that does not exclude a difference in maturity, nor does it account to responsibilities of believers in glory. But Jesus made it clear that the order of the Kingdom of God is the opposite to that of the world in that the greatest in the Kingdom will be servant to all. The government of the Kingdom is one of love and voluntary submission to one another.

The question that remains is how do we who are citizens of another Kingdom behave in a world that [temporarily] belongs to Satan? We obey the laws of the land of our pilgrimage as ambassadors of Christ. We are not subject to the laws for we have diplomatic immunity, however, we obey the laws both as a courtesy of love and to stay under the radar. Our mission on Earth is not to transform human governments, but to transform humans into the government of our King.

P.S. I apologize for the late reply. I have been busy moving and had little time to get to the forum.

No governments in history have actually abided by their own laws, except for the trivial case of the absolute monarch/dictator whose merest, flighty whims were taken as iron law: as in that case, it was logically impossible for them to violate the law, as the law was whatever they wanted it to be at any given moment.

Therefore, true law can only exist in anarchy. Anarchy does not mean absence of law. Rather, it means absence of government. And as we've just discussed, governments are inherently lawless: they are incorrigible lawbreakers.
