Every time this happens it's just a student union or group at one of these schools that invite him as entertainment and he plays it off like he's getting invited by the university to give a lecture to students. Some of his more impressionable fans probably believe it, too.

That's quite a narrow-minded view. A lecture is an educational talk which the speaker gives with the view of enriching the minds of their audience by using the rhetorical skills at their disposal. I would imagine practically every person in the audience left feeling enriched at having experienced Lil B delivering his talk.

Well, I'm not an impressionable fan annnnd UCLA did invite him and he did give a lecture. So it makes sense why he'd play it as such. Keep on hating though, I'll stay based.

Truth and think about it the school has to approve you see many schools and even concerts that are shut down by the school or the people a Lil B lecture has never been protested go see all the universities I have lectured at already and I pick and choose which ones I do - Lil B
